For this wks. challenge on crafty secrets we were asked to create a project capturing the colors of summer treats. I wanted to focus on picnics and use the colors of watermelons, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes, all fruits with some yellow for good old corn on the cob. For my stamp I chose the seet little girl stamp from crafty secrets and dp from Jenni Bowlin's Homespun Mini Papers. I also used some copics and marvy markers, with a little distress ink. This was a fun challenge making us think about the color of summer foods and then to create something around that. Thanks Marcy for this great challenge!!!!

That little girl image is one of the sweetest, this one and the little girl with the huge bouquet are both so sweet. I love the blueberry colour of her outfit. Hmm, you did such a realistic blue shade it's straight to the fridge for me to get some blueberries he he he.
