I made this card for my parents last month. My brother died unexpectantly last year and I gave them this card on the one year anniversary of his passing. He loved nature and blue was his favorite color so I made sure to incorporate both into the card (although not typically a color combo I would have used).
I went a little bit Cuttlebug crazy with the different embossing folders but I liked the way the different textures worked together. The card was not as bright as it appears on-line.
Thanks for looking.

Losing a brother/son has to be terrible, and I'm sorry for your loss. I'm sure this card will bring some comfort to your parents when they realize you added his favorite color! Beautiful and thoughtful!

This is really beautiful and I like that each element has a special meaning to you. I know that your parents must have appreciated this beautiful thought. I am so sorry that your brother was taken before his time.
