Interesting new technique. Since there was a bird on the stamp, I decided to use one of my spellbinder bird dies to cut out my layer so my suggestion for the new technique is "Layered Spotlight".
I am really behind on my Christmas Cards am now trying to get caught up as well as participate in two SCS challenges.

Awesome card. I really like how you incorporated the bird. It looks like one of those cross stitch patterns or paintings that incorporates a ghost into the design. Really different.

Oooh! I didn't even notice the bird at first. Love how you did this. I never would have thought of a Christmas card with these colors but this looks great!
