This card is for the Teapot Tuesday challenge. This week is Tickle a Teapotter & last month it was evident that we need some counting lessons. Well, not me, but some of the others.
Our assignment is to bring a card with a number on it & something to count. ThatÂ’s at least 2 of the same thing so we donÂ’t get stuck at only counting to 1.
I’ve brought lots of numbers, nearly 42,000 of them. By the time you’re done with my card you’ll know your numbers backwards & forwards, up & down. I did my numbers in crayon colors, all warm & cheerful like. Hopefully that will make it fun. I added (are we allowed to add yet?) domino tiles (handmade-don’t look too closely) in a connecting pattern. Actually, if you count the dots on each domino you’ll find it corresponds to a number at the side. If you are ambitious (teacher’s pet) you can probably count all the dots but that will take some time ‘cuz I think there’s about 42,000 of those.

Oh cool!! I love dominoes!! Only I use the ones that are color coded to aid in the counting. This is how we learned how to count when we were little. Now I get together with a friend once a month and play double 15s! I love all the colors!!

You can add now Vicki.....I think we can handle it after learning from your card......1, 2, 3 Look at Me! 3, 2, 1 Thank you Hun! Snort! I usually don't call teapotters Hun but I am particularly thankful to you for teaching me how to do backwards! Whoot!
What a cool card! I love the creative and fun idear....And you don't have to worry about sending this to a *normal* person and know they have no clue why you made it! You can send it to a teapotter and it makes perfect sense! Snort!
Creative and fun, 3, 2, 1...... Tee hee!
PS I used to play dominos with my grandparents. My grandpa cheated and accused me of cheating! Can't imagine why, I have never surrounded myself around cheaters!

Cute, cute card. Really cheerful in those bright crayon colors - counting up and down - literally - great idea. You did great making those dominoes - never would have known they are handmade if you hadn't told us.
