This card is for the Teapot Tuesday Challenge and Destination Station for Sandy. Sandy is going through a tough time and could use some cheering up and well wishes! For more info, please see here Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Kind of amazing how the shape of the card creates it's own set of challenges when designing! This looked better in my head somehow :-))
Printed digi image (generously donated by Leigh Grady for yet another Teapotter's challenge - thanks Leigh!). Coloured image with prismacolour pencils and used OMS to blend. Cut around circle with CM circle cutter but didn't like the white space so I then cut with Fiskars scissors and distressed the edges.
Printed the digi bear and ribbon and second ribbon. These are to honour Sandy and her late husband. Coloured those with prismas also (and blended with OMS). Used a marker to go around edges to hide the white pieces. Attached main image, then mounted bear and ribbon on pop dots. Printed sentiment, cut out with circle punch, distressed edges and popped up. Used Glossy Accents on the centres of all the flowers, added Stickles to the ribbons and voila! tfl

Morningsun and Mother's Daugher look like twins in their avatars! Snort! Charlene, what a great idear to put that adorable little critter peaking out from behind Leigh's image! I love it....and I love seeing the cancer ribbon with the sentiment! Its a beautiful card and you did a great job with it! Now if we can just get those Canadian postal workers back to moving the mail, life will be good! Sandy will be so tickled with this one!

Charlene this little bear melts my heart-I have a soft spot for bears and yours is so sweet. What a pretty designer dodge ball-so thoughtful too with your use of imagery. Sandy will love this.
