Hello everyone, I'm back!! Sure did miss not playing last week but loved what I saw in the galleries! The pinched nerve is getting better so I decided I would play today...besides I'm off to the chiro as soon as I'm done with this.
Decided to try sponging in blocks of color and WOW do I like the way this came out. The only time consuming part of it was cutting out the image.
I used Certainly Celery, Baja Breeze and Pear Pizzaz for my color blocks and the image is from Fabulous Florets. Black Stazon used for the sentiment from Wonderful Words mounted on Basic Black.
Hope you like my colorful creation and it's GREAT to be back! TFL and have a great Monday!!

Prettiest card in the gallery! This is super. Gosh, I didn't know you had a pinched nerve! Where's it at? That is no fun. Do what you're told and I'm rooting for no more pinchiness!

This is absolutely lovely. I haven't sponged in a while. I must try it again soon.

Sorry to hear you've had a pinched nerve. Ouch ...! Glad you're on the mend though. Gorgeous card. Love the colors and design. I'm definitely going to try this but may have a go at clear embossing the image instead before sponging the blocks. My cutting skills are sorely lacking and I know I wouldn't get a perfect image like yours. TFS and the inspiration.
