I've been needing WAY too many sympathy cards lately! This week it was for a co-worker who lost his SIL. So I decided I really need to get some nice sympathy cards into my stash. Who knows, maybe it will be like umbrellas and iffy weather days -- if you have one, it won't rain, but if you don't, it most certainly will.
In any case, decided to make a sympathy card using this week's CAS123 challenge and some new Penny Black stamps I bought recently. I used a 7/8" Paper Shapers punch for the grid. The sentiment is from Wordsworth. Card is 5 1/4" square. The flowers were colored using Prismacolors and blended with Gamsol. The centers were done with Copic Markers with some sparkle from a Spica pen.
I'm really pleased with how it turned out and hope you are, too!
