This card was done for a "transparency" swap. I printed and colored the digi (Mo Manning of course *grin*) and then created the window for the transparency part of the swap. I printed a second copy of the image and colored and cut out the curtains and popped them up over top of the window. I used a piece of scrap veneer for the window sill and the window pane. I just love the look on the cat's face. My dog has the same look when he jumps up and peers in the door to the kitchen ... so forlorn. *lol*

What a great card - I love the stretched out window and those curtains are THE BOMB! Wow!

Wow, what a great card. When I first looked at the window, I thought wow, that looks real. What a great use of transparency and veneer. This will be well received in your swap. tfs
Thanks. I got the idea from a Copic coloring tutorial I found in a recent issue of CardMaker. The tute was on different types of fabric. It is just random dots of color that bleed together and then I drew random flowers over the entire curtain panel with a very thin Copic liner.
