It's a pity it's because of Jessica's accident, but it's kind of nice that MMTPT #150 is going to the daughter of a teapotter.
As you can see my horse is pretty much a workaday farm horse, nothing fancy for riding - but it's the only horse stamp I have.
A2 base sponged with Vintage Photo.
Image panel is Bristol Board. I stamped and masked the Woodware horse. Stamped and masked the tree. Stamped the fence. Stamped the foliage. Added chalk to make it all green.
Masked the sun and cloud and coloured the sky and grass. Stamped in little bits of greenery. Coloured the horse and popped a spare head up on foam with a little flower behind his ear.
Decided to stamp a sentiment on the base, got a smudge from my positioning sheet and had to add the bird which I had earlier decided didn't really fit into the scene. But I couldn't bear to start all over again, even though I knew Dobbin was slightly crooked :-(.
Stitched the edges and added Liquid Pearls for more flowers in the meadow.
Scenes just aren't my scene, but considering I made this in the early morning when I am not at my best it could be a lot worse.
I'll be back to comment in the evening, along with a batch of choc chip cookies which sort of match Dobbin - I'm off to visit my aunt for the day.

I love the bird! Its a perfect addition to the card! Besides, he's coming in low.....in perfect position to land on Dobbin's big ole comfy butt! Now that is a happy ending to a long hard flight!
Sabrina...what a cute card! I too love the embossed flowers and what a wonderful Kittie tree! Such a precious little scene! And who doesn't want a polka dotted horse, I do! I do!
Okay, so that's how you do it! I sewed on my card......first one ever....and this sewing that you did, is the look I was after and I see I did it all goofy! Note to self: Do it like Sabrina, you dork!
I love this happy little card and Jessica will too! Its wonderful. Hey, can you save me an extra cookie cuz the horses trambled the ones I was hiding this week! Bah!

Delightful horse, delightful scene. The bird is the perfect addition as it seems often where ever there is a horse there is a bird. Gotta love those flowers.
