Today's Featured Stamper is Taylor, aka STAGCCVA. If you have not seen her gallery, you must do so. The card I chose goes back to 2007; but when I saw it, I thought this could be CASED as a masculine card.
I changed the paper, the color scheme, the stamp image, and brads instead of ribbon.
My husband is always complaining that I don't make enough cards to send to his friends - but I find masculine cards to be difficult.
I inked the stamp image with SU Old Olive and "rock n rolled" the image in SU Close to Cocoa. I thought the image went really well with the DP I used. I then decided instead of doing scroll work around the image, I would do some faux stitching around the entire card. I'm not sure if I have the image right side up, or up side down, but either way I think it works.
Don't know who the recipient of this card will be, but I hope they like it. I hope you like it too. TFL
