Jeanne S gave the challenge for the F4A today to create anything BUT a card. I decided to go with a bookmark. I like to make mine thin so that they will not damage the book by spreading the pages apart too much. I know that makes them fragile, but I would rather replace the bookmark than harm the book permanently.
I used the inspiration of Mary T's CARD for it's colors and sponging. She is the "Queen for the Day" this week. Congrats, Mary! Woo-Hoo!!
Some of the resist technique I used, I read about on HEATHER NICHOL'S BLOG for May 19, 2011.

Sallie, I love the resist technique you used on this! Such beautiful colors! Love the butterfly charm and the little scallop at the top of the bookmark!
