I folded a piece of copy paper into four and punched them so they would all remain attached. Then I punched them again to make the other sides have the punch topper. This separated them into two lengthy pieces. I attached them with a brad, stamped them, then put a cany inside. It would be just as easy to make an envelope with this same pattern though, just don't use a brad. I will definitely try that later. This wasn't using the SU! punch, so I don't know if this would work with that. The little card accompanying the holder was made with the same punch.
