Bev, what a wonderful card and so good for you to make it for this guy accomplishing his Eagle Scout award. My youngest son did that and we were so proud of him.

I've always loved the red, white & blue color combo, and your card is perfect for this upcoming patriotic holiday! I love how you used the tab punch for the sentiment.
