This is for today's sketch challenge - I bought this stamp with this Bible verse in mind - remember the days when it was fun to look in the mirror? It made me think about the innocent self acceptance of a child before all our inhibitions and hang-ups about who we are kick in - this verse always reminds me to be thankful for the person God made me to be!
I colored the image with copics and sponged it lightly while still in the die. All the shapes are cut with Nestabilities and I added buttons, twine, and seam binding to finish. Thanks again to Tammy (stampertammy) for her tips on how to dye seam binding!

That surely brings back memories of dressing up! I was never a great one for mirrors, but I loved the trunk of old ball and evening gowns that we could play with. On this grey day I am loving those bright zesty colours too.
