This card is made using one of Penny Johnson's new Vintage Collection images called Blossom Birds. This is such a sweet image. It reminds me of the kind of pictures seen on birthday cards when I was little. Uh...does that mean I fit into the vintage age group? Probably so!!! If you would like to see a whole lot more examples of Stampavie's gorgeous images check out my blog post today. http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...-blog-hop.html
The image was stamped on watercolor paper and colored sing reinkers mixed with water. The double matted frame was made using Martha Stewart Punches and Nestabilities. I added the little foliage and flower sprays and soft blue bow as the finishing touch for this card. If you would like to know how I make my bows and paper flowers you can check out the tutorial section on the top of my homepage.
