I attached the "stripes" to a piece of Whisper White cardstock. Then added the blue field and stars.
This was rather thick to run through the Big Shot with the Square Lattice EF, so be careful.

Oh, this is so cool! Sometimes when I have something thick to run through, I use the next plate down, if that makes sense...just flip up all the tabs. But maybe you already did that! Anyway, it's a stellar creation!
