Congratulations Queen Faith!! How wonderful to see you were chosen today......and about time, I would say!!! I chose THIS colorful card to case. I used the same image and bright colors, but made it a generic card, not a birthday.
It's also for the pocket card challenge. I made an acetate window and stitched by machine (too bad I don't use it more often. Don't look too closely!! I'm not in Patricia's league!!).
Faith, enjoy all the honors you receive today, and wear the crown with a smile! (Mom made one also......does that tell you how great she's doing???!!)

Thank you for the lovely card now sitting on my piano, Anne .
Glad to see that your mum is obviously doing a whole bunch better - I've been thinking of you and her over the last few days since I saw your post.
And of course this is a lovely card - how clever to put the window in your pocket.
I think zigzag is pretty forgiving - after all, everybody who's tried it once KNOWS you can't get all the corners neat .
