This is my April entry for the Bible Verse challenge and also for today's Featured Stamper, Susan, (Lateblossom). I've long admired Susan's beautiful clean, sharp style and this is the card which inspired me: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I love Susan's one layer cards but I didn't quite manage it here! I framed the panel thinly in black and popped it up on a square card. I spattered ink with a toothbrush around the greenery and flower, and finished off by adding three little buttons instead of two brads, and a border. Instead of stamping the sentiment, I computer generated the Bible verse. If you're interested in why I chose this verse, you can find out more at my blog: http://bridgetspaperblessings.blogspot.com/

Sweet Bridget, your work just touches my heart! Your framing and detailing of this Scripture is wonderful!

Great card Bridget. I really like the stamped background with the spattering. The buttons and flower add the perfect pop of color too. Nice CAS design!
