*****I am participating in the Teapot Tuesday Destination Challenge*******
Sorry Cindy and everyone. I was so late coming in that I didn't even get a chance to read all the details from Cindy. No bird here. Sorry.
I was at a Goodwill the other day and found these shear curtains that had butterflies hanging on them and thought...hmmm, I think these would look pretty on a card. So, I guess this was my vision (cause my vision was somewhat blury, lol)
Used my sizzix EF on the background (Flowers, summer A6 Large EF). Cut two 2" circles from some scrap pink polka dot paper on my cricut then ran them through my sizzix EF (medallion circle w Fleur de Lis, small) then decided to add glossy accents to them to make the embossing stand out a bit. As my glossy accents was wet I put my fabric butterflies in it so they would stick. Attached some cute little shiny sticky flowers to the center of my embossed flowers, added my ribbon then used stickles on the sentiment. Thanks for looking. I like how it turned out. I hope you all like it. Would love to hear your thoughts

Welcome to the Teaparty! Beautiful card - love the ef and the pink is really pretty! Funny, as I see card supplies wherever I go too!!! Getting harder and harder to throw stuff out 'cause I might be able to use it on a card! Great eye on seeing the potential in those butterflies - gorgeous!

Those butterflies were a real find - they look fantastic perched on those embossed pink circles. Perfect choice of ribbon, too - with the crisp white base this has a lovely fresh country cottage feel to it.
