I once saw a tutorial on youtube where a background was created with distress inks, then spritzed with water to make droplets. I have searched everywhere to give you a link, but sadly can not find it. My apologies for not giving the original artist credit.

Ink: SU concord crush, melon mambo and tuxedo black, copic markers to airbrush flowers
Accessories: SU paper daisies, Chatterbox flower brad in Kohl, Black SU 5/8 satin ribbon
Techniques: white cardstock was inked with concord crush and melon mambo. French Script was stamped over the background in black. Water was sprinkled over the background to make droplets. Paper daisies were airbrushed with copic markers.
This is just lovely. I love the colors you used and the distress ink background. I love dropping water on those inks..TIm Holtz shows that technique often and he is the mater distressor. TFS!
