I had to work late today. Got home, sat down and worked on my card, but then had to cook and eat dinner before posting this. Oh well...
I sketched this image from a photo I saw in a magazine awhile back. I call it "one of the many faces of Curt". hehe After sketching, I downsized it, printed it out and colored it with, you're not going to believe this one, a Q-tip. The eyes and chicks were colored with prismapencils.
I had a lot of Tim Holtz dp on my table so I used it for my bg. I ran it through the cb with a eb folder, then brayered versamark on top and clear eb'd.
Punched out some circles, stamped some Mutnik small squares on, sponged the edges with tea dye then clear eb'd. Layered each circle with two more to make them thicker adding a button to each one.
Did some faux stiching to the main panel then put all my panels together according to the sketch on a black AC card.
Well, must go clean up the kitchen. How exciting is that!.....TFL :0)

Mutnik, your artwork is always amazing, and this one is so sweet with those lil chickies, resting on Curt. Your black framing (an inspiration to me!) and your vivid colors and texturing are gorgeous- even on a cow! That my friend, is talent! Hugs, Buttnik
