My friend fell a few weeks ago and broke her ankle and badly sprained the other one (while I was there - ouch!) I gave her my Hammock Hibernation card and her husband thought it was the coolest thing! When I went to visit, he brought the card to me, and we went through every detail of how it was made - he was fascinated. The next day, my friend asked if I could make a card for his birthday and also her 2 daughters. This is for her husband! Peter has a rebuilt Ford ?? truck so I'm pretty sure he'll get a huge kick out of this card.
Ran the maroon cs through CB with Tools ef. Ran silver metallic cs through another ef and attached (it is actually silver even though it looks dark in the picture). Ran the small black pc thru CB & Tools ef. This is a free digi image http://inascrapcreationsstore.blogsp...al-stamps.html that I sized and printed and coloured with prismacolour pencils & gamsol. I used Glossy Accents on the windows and a silver pencil for the bumpers and a bit on the tire rims.
Punched the corners. Added distress inks around the edge. Used silver alcohol ink to change the colour of the Screw brads. Added the foil embossed Happy Birthday punch out label. tfl. The colours look much better IRL!
