Inspirational challenge - Ace of Cakes... inspiration from Cake for two.... flowers (see link). Have been mulling this card creation all week.... for my daughter in law.
Used flocking initially but did not get the depth of dimension desired, used old wadd of cotton from pill bottle. Used a regular sized paper cupcake liner (glue 3 together since they are so thin; inserted cut out cupcake from scrap cs, then glued cotton to cs. Secured with dimensionals. Used stickles on brads and center of little flowers
Enjoy without any quilt. Now I am off to bake a dark chocolate torte with ganache.....

Very creative of you, using the cotton for the icing.. and it really looks real.... like the type of 9 minute icing my Mom used to make using egg whites.... Yummy.... Love it.... Great card... into my fav's with this one.... The addition of the tee tiny flowers reminds me of sprinkles.......
