For the Flourishes Christmas 12 challenge we were provided with a very inspired sketch. I don't usually do sketches as I find them inhibiting but this one appealed to me right away. I used Flourishes stamps for this.
The second challenge was to use die cuts or shapes and for this I dragged out the Christmas spellbinders for the first time this year. The snowflake wasn't quite the right size so I cut off the snowflake arms and repositioned them where I wanted them. The edges were sponged with distress ink and I used MS chunky glitter.

I love everything about this card! The colours, the die cut, the snowflake, the ribbons - everything is stunning. I think this is my favourite Christmas card of all time.

GORGEOUS Christmas card! Beautiful center image with the cardinals, but all the details really "make" your card....the frosty, sparkly snowflake, trims and the bow/rose accent.
