This is my sketch challenge challenge card for today! Thanks Roxie! I used three sets...Sail Away for the boat, The Open Sea for the tonal background, and Fabulous Phrases for the sentiment. I used an open scallop on the edge of one of the layers and threaded some new twine through the scallops. I stamped a background on cherry cobbler, with cherry cobbler ink and also added gel pen accents to the birds, the lines of the sails and the waves, just for more interest.
My DH was in the Navy, and this will be his bd card. I hope he likes it...
