When I was young, my mom took a photo of me and "tried" to sketch it. I looked like a monkey. Well Abby's dad posted a photo of her and her new puppy Peaches and I started sketching it......on scrap paper. Oh man, it turned out rather well. I thought what have I done? There was just no way I could do it again.
So I let it go for a week. This Sunday, I gave it another go only on proper paper. This is my first time to actually sketch a person from a photo and then color it. Hopefully she and Peaches don't look like monkeys! hehe
I wanted to make a special kind of card for her this month. Hopefully I achieved that........TFL :0)

The only thing better than personalizing a card, would have to be a sketch of the person on the card! Actual ARTWORK to be framed or treasured forever! WTG! Sure to bring LOTS of smiles, oohs and aahs, by all who see it! Abby looks amazing and Peaches looks pretty darn cute too!
