This is for TLC320 to create a Punched Circle Edge and for day two of the Rubbernecker Release Preview of Old Characters. I am usually a little challenged when it comes to doing paper techniques and this was no exception. I got my border punched and cut ok but it got a little puckered as I attached it to the base of the circle.
I stamped Murray on watercolor paper, watercolored and cut out to pop up over my circle. Poor Murray! He didn't catch much. I attached him to the circle using rolled up glue dots to hold up his head, hands and rod. I hung a few extra fish from the sentiment tag with string.

This is so fun, Kittie - really cute the way you added the tiny fish to the sentiment! I like the colors too - bright, pretty and yet still masculine!!
