This is for FS218 and Becky "Bsinks" is our featured artist today. Congratulations, BEcky! I had a great time surfing through your gallery. I actually found several that I would love to case. I hope I have time to do another one today. Here is a link to Becky's Thank You Aunt Angie card that inspired my card. WT267 Thank You Aunt Angie by bspinks at Splitcoaststampers
Becky's layout gave me the perfect opportunity to use a new image and sentiment being released on Tuesday by Rubbernecker. I kept the same basicsquare layout but used only one designer paper background instead of Becky's three. I changed the image and sentiment and color combination. Edna was stamped with verafine blackon watercolor paper, embossed with clear ep, painted and cut out. I stamped the image again on designer paper to match the background, embossed, cut it out and paper pieced it over the original image. I downloaded the bowling pen image from google, resized it in my corel program and printed. Check out my blog post for more Rubbernecker Old Character images. http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...w-day-one.html

This is a riot. It is a bit different than most your cards, but I see your awesome attention attention to detail and fun sense of humor all over it. This sentiment is so hysterically funny - I know several bowlers who would absolutely flip over this card - I am personally flipping right now!

Oh, what a riot! I think her shoes are what make her butt look big, though, not the bowling ball! LOL GREAT card! Love the paper piecing and how you cut out and popped the elements! AWESOME card!
