I made this for the WT317 challenge to use decorative scissors. I had a whole bundle of those scissors a while ago, but I gave them all to my DGD when I discovered Spellbinders. I used a decorative border punch instead. This is just another simple card that will go into my next OWH box.
ETA: To answer questions about how I did the background plaid panel - I inked the TOP portion of the embossing folder with small stamp pads, (Memento Dew Drops/Versacolor square spots, etc) alternating colors following the design of the pattern on the folder. Carefully close the folder over your cardstock, and run it through your machine. Once you remove the cardstock, immediately wash the folder with warm water.........or add a tiny bit of soap. Don't ink the bottom portion of the folder - just ink the top that goes directly over the front of your cardstock.
