I had a realization today, I am a WT stalker.... Yes, I was stalking the Ways to use it challenge, waiting for the newest challenge. While waiting and frequently refreshing I was also looking on the Hambo stamps site at stamps and digis to buy. I came across this digi. As soon as the WT challenge was posted I thought to do a doghouse. This is what I came up with.
I really want to buy some stamps at Hambo, but the process takes a little longer than to just push buy it now, so when I get some time I'm headed back. I love the humor.
For this project I used what I had. Stampin up Bow Wow set and Just rite stamps 15 pt alphabet and the 1 5/8 inch wooden stamper. I also cut the door out and replaced it with a piece of acetate, so when it is filled with doggy treats you will be able to see them.
I used a piece of 7 1/4 x 12 inch cs for the house. It is a 2 1/2 x 3 1/4 milk carton. The top part of the roof is adhered to one side and tied on the other. I punch two sets of holes and tied it with twine to open the box.
I still have about half of my decorative scissors but, you guess it..... they are packed. So I did use a decorative edge blade on my cutter and a grass punch.
thanks for looking

That is really sweet .
I know what you mean about stalking - when I checked at some stage there were 40 people viewing. I guess we're used to Kim posting early!
I like the plank effect on the kennel walls - this makes me think so much of Snoopy.

Goodness! What a FABULOUS idea!!!! However, since we have BIG DOGS...Well....I'd be using a LOT of paper trying to make a treat box big enough for those boxers! LOL
