I made a version of this card for Peggy (marilynprestonn) who recently became a Grandma! Her stepdaughter had a darling baby girl! I KNOW...she looks too young to be a Grandma, but it's true!
I made the flower by loosely looping and sticking ribbon onto a 3/4" punched circle covered with sticky tape. Then I turned it over. I stamped the center with a flower from an SU! set. Peggy's card had a white button center on the flower instead of the stamp.
