This card is for the Dirty Dozen Fan Club theme "Black Tie." We were to create a card with black and white with a splash of another color to celebrate one of the black-tie events in people's lives. I thought a wedding qualified as a black-tie event.
I colored the rose with Copics, then matted with Elegant Eggplant and Orchid Opulence card stock. The sentiment from Once Upon a Time was stamped with Elegant Eggplant ink then shadow stamped with Orchid Opulence using my Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement. All the edges were faux stitched with a tracing wheel and ruler.
Thanks for looking and for your comments.

Another knock-out! The way you've colored that flower is expert! The shading really sets off the image and the background and sentiment all coordinate perfectly! Love it!
