That's right. You herd it here first. Curt has gone into the food business. He is known as the Chef on wheels. So drive on up, park, place your order and sit back in the comfort of your own car. Curt will be with you shortly. Say, will you be needing extra napkins today?
This reminds me of a drive through called the Scotchman's. DH and I would go there when we were dating back in the day. The really cool part was all the hot rods that drove through. It was like being at a car show. Sooo many way cool cars. What fun we had while chopping down on a delicious burger and fries. Oh the memories.
For the real story and destination, please go here . Card details.....keep reading......Today, I used a 1939 Ford Coupe from Clear Dollar Stamps. Stamped it, clear eb it then colored w/copics.
I drew the scene around it coloring w/copics and prisma pencils. The “Eat At Curt’s” was typed on the computer, then drew the shapes around them, colored and cut out.
Curt was put together in the image of the teapot for today. I think those shorts kind of make his legs look skinny. hehe Oh, btw, donÂ’t be dropping your trash out the window, Curt might trip skating over it.
Well, have a great Teapot Tuesday all! I am off to the grocery store. Curt needs more food supplies! will be back shortly........TFL :0)

What a "Blast from the Past" Cathy!! This "drive-in" looks so familiar and does bring back wonderful memories!!! This card is the "Peggy Sue" of cards! You've got the Hot Rod, the Super 50's Drive-in and Curt all decked out as a car hop!! Wow, my age is really showing here, but really this is way cool!!!
Oh yeah, love Curt's knobby knees and you even got him on rollerskates!!

Your cards make my days - another awesome scene you've put together. Curt is totally adorable in his chef's outfit and skates. You really are so talented - not only with your artistic gift, but your gift of humor as well! Adorable card.

Too cute! Chef Curt is so handsome, and I love the fact that he comes out of the kitchen to work as a carhop! Love the '39 Ford Coupe... there's one just like it that comes here for our annual Car Show every June! Another fantabulous creation.... it's always a treat to see what you and Curt come up with!

Cathy this is just darling!! I remember drive-in dining well!! We always cruised through all the local spots to see who was there and also so we, ourselves could be seen!! Oh the good old days...... Curt's legs do look a little puny!! But it will keep him from being a rare steak on someone's plate.

Say, is this on Route 66? Cuz I think we passed it en route to Albuquerque a couple of years back. And I'm supposing that the milkshakes are really fresh, right? Another wonderful creation, Cathy.

Hey, that's some feet/feat for a cow to balance on skates - he must have been in training. But please don't say he sells beef-burgers, surely he's a vegetarian outlet, or at least chicken and fish only ;-). And crabs, of course!!
