Today it has been one year since our Miss Ryan started the QFTD challenge. WOW! What fun we have had. The Queen she chose for today is Connie, Stamp300. Congrats Connie on being the 52nd Queen. Enjoy your reign....my card...
Connie has a way cool gallery. I chose this card to case. I change the winter scene to a bathtub scene. I also changed the snowman to a potted plant to fit this card into the F4A56 challenge...how does your garden grow. Mine grows fine especially in the bathroom! hehe
I used a digi from Dude Time Doodles called bobbie bubbles. Colored it with prisma pencils. Versa marked and clear eb'd.
Did the deft tile technique. Scor'd the bg for the tiled wall sponging every other tile adding the light gray shading around each tile.
The floor and base board were sketched in and colored with prisma pencils.
Made a square card, cut out the center using a circle coluzzle, layered with another piece of cut out cs with inside edges sponged. Put my scene behind that.
Stamped, colored and cutout the potted plant, glued on popping up the flowers. Tied a pitiful bow, then glued it on and doodled card edges.
Well, I raced ahead of the rain today cleaning pools. BUT it caught me on the last one. Boy is it coming down!....have a great weekend all.....TFL :0)

Yikes, I may never get in a bathtub again. Love your tile technique. What a super duper job from Cathy, as usual.

I love the tile bathroom, but am not so keen on the "friend" in the tub. It really made me chuckle, though, so I guess I have to say I love it! I also love your crazy sense of humor too, Cathy!! TFS!

What a fun card. I am amazed at your tile....wow. It really is fabulous that you can free hand elements on a card. I enjoy what you create. It is always a surprise.

Great, I have a Psycho phobia for the shower, now a monster hand in the tub phobia and I definitely won't fit in the sink - what's a girl to do?! I always laugh so loud at your cards, Cathy! This is a great scene - the look on his face is just priceless! Your tile and floor are awesome! I love your card and will definitely have to visit the site where you got this digi! Awesome card!
