I think at least one of my eggs from yesterday hatched into this little chick here . Today's challenge was to use fancied-up edges. I layered paper with a punched border over the orange base, then scored two lines. I pierced along them and then embroidered crosses with silver floss, and went back adding French Knots over the centre of each cross. Lots of tiny bling too.
The image is Penny Black Best of Luck, stamped on Bristol Board with Versafine Black and coloured with H2Os. Glossy Accents added to the plate, beaks and fire extinguisher. I made a little 5-layer button with a Hero Arts sentiment and tied it with more of the silver floss.
Size - A2, papers - Sizzix Little Sizzles: Rainbow. This will, I think, go to my SIL who is the next birthday in the family calendar.
Sorry for the photo - it's been a long week, and today has been a grey and wet day.

Sabrina, this is so fun and very funny! I love how you added the silver floss with the cross stitching - cute button embellishment too! It's snowing here, hope you're staying warm!
