I have to admit that when I saw all those florals on the IC site this morning I wondered where I'd find my card, but as I looked around more I found loads of inspiration, and after a busy and stressful week I hope to find more time for crafting later on today.
I started with this lovely cheerful Sunflower Seed packet and made a simple OLC.
A2 size. Base is watercolour paper. I stamped the Serendipity Stamps image using Versafine Olympia Green for the stem and leaves and StazOn Sunflower Yellow for the flower head. It's coloured with distress inks - Mustard Seed, Vintage Photo, Crushed Olive, Forest Moss. I masked off the centre and sponged the border with Mustard Seed. Masked the border and sponged the centre with Old Paper and Pumice Stone. Added a HA sentiment and dots (WT312 :D) with Liquid Pearls, as I didn't have any paper like my inspiration choice.
Thanks for an inspiring challenge today, Stef.

Sabrina, I LOVE your card! Those shimmery polka dots in the bg are so pretty! Your beautiful sunflower is like a ray of sunshine on this rainy gloomy day here in OH! (but don't get me wrong, I LOVE the rain!) SO happy you found something that inspired you! You created a beautiful card using the inspiration!~
