I love the combo of springy greens with kraft, so I was lucky enough to see two challenges to inspire me this week - the Free for all Friday challenge and the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday.
I have a giant bag of stamps I bought for collage so I dug through to find a range of pretty greens for the bottom. My biggest fear is that I have some 8 million dollar rare stamp in that bag and I will stick it on a card and ruin it - LOL!!

When my parents were married (and thank goodness, very much in love) my father had a stamp collection and the prize of his collection was a first day cover of V day. My mother, thinking she was doing him a huge favour carefully steamed the stamp off thereby ruining the value. Your worry about using a valuable stamp is very real. Love this take on a spotlight.

WOW! I LOVE this!! It brought back memories of sitting on my mother's bed when I was younger and she had my sister and I help her with her HUGE stamp collection! We LOVED looking at all the detail! I just love how you used these stamps! Thanks for bringing back a beautiful memory for me!~

How pretty! I DO like those Spring-green colors with the Kraft cardstock... what a nice contrast! I'm so happy to have you join us for Timeless Tuesday this week! (And I sure HOPE you don't end up putting a rare, valuable stamp on a card! )
