I made this as a Christmas gift for my neice (she's a twin).
I didn't care for the oak frame, so I painted it with two coats of white acrylic, a layer of crackle and then a layer of Light Pink. I really like the way it turned out.

The mat that I cut to go in the frame is 6x12, so the frame probably measures approximately 8x14. I cut strips of fun foam to go behind the paper mat so that it has a shadow box look which leaves room for the embellishments to not be flattened.

I was just looking through my favorites again and saw your wonderful name frame. You should have received 50 comments this is so cute and well done! Loved it then and love it now!!
