Here's my card for this weeks Teapot Challenge - the theme is sports!
I 'found' this great multisport patterned paper in my paper pile by K & Company - the section I cut for my card has baseball items on it since I wanted to use my baseball mit stamp - but it also has soccer, football and hockey images on it.
I embossed the card stock panel to suggest a texture like the leather on the mit.
I used a rectangle nestability to cut my sentiment/image panel and sponged it before taking it out of the die.
The sparkly letters and little starburst are Thickers.
This card will be going postal to Bobby - a 19 year old who suffered severe burns in an accident last November. He loves sports and has coached kids - so we're sending him some sports cards to help lift his spirits as he begins his long road to recovery.

oooh! This card rocks! What a great thing, having that paper in your stash! I love the way you personalized this card for Bobby, Julia! Its the coolest.......they layout is awesome and of course, Rubbernecker would have the most awesome image to coordinate with the challenge!
Very nicely done! Thanks for always being there for so many!
