The embossed square is from a Cuttlebug four-pack. There were many of these four packs in their very first release but they have become increasingly difficult to find. If you can find them - they make great CAS cards. There are fancy squares, cute squares, fancy circles, cute circles, themed postage stamps - and many others. I did a quick peek and it appears that Joann (online) and cropstop both carry these Formal Squares.
This card is for this week's Less Is More challenge: 3 squares.

Wonderful card! Love how you've used the folder. Very elegant yet still with that great CAS look. Great job!

This is so beautiful! I have had those folders in my stash for years and have rarely used them -- your lovely card has inspired me to pull them out and do some embossing. TFS
