When I saw that we needed owls for the party this week I got out the most owls I could .
Still experimenting with the best way to colour this detailed Impression Obsession stamp. This time I stamped it with Versafine Black on Bristol Board and embossed with clear EP. I used DH's daylight bulb and magnifier to paint the trees and snowy owls with H2Os. For the sky I used watercolour pencils, and then added stickles to the stars. I layered it onto orange paper and stuck into my shadow box.
Shadow box made as per tutorial in the TLC challenge this week, using Basic Grey June Bug. It seemed to be a variation on a couple of standard origami moves, so I found it came together easily.
As this card isn't really suitable for the destination station I have another card for Marie, DH has bagged this for a friend.
What else should I bring other than Hoot Owl cookies .
