MMTPT133 Feathers and twigs

This is another one for today's tea party challenge to make encouraging cards for Marie, who loves owls, wasn't too sure about my other one.
This is another Irish cousin from the O'Whooterihan clan over the Atlantic to help out his McWhoolister and McWhooter cousins!
I got the shimmery woodgrain embossed card stock from a craft shop going out of business. I colored with copics a free digi image from The Creative Mind of Sylvie (July) and popped that up with a twig and punched branches. The sentiment is computer generated and cut with a Nesties oval and sponged while in the die. It's finished off with two feathers and a button with twine.

This is wonderful! The card stock is fabulous, and I love the twig, feathers and punched leaves! Such nice finishing touches!

Love this card also! Very dramatic with this great owl and woodgrain dp! I like the feather embellishment! The old feathers from my cockatiel just didn't work for my owls.

That's a great owl image! It was the shimmery embossed woodgrain that caught my eye first, but I love the owl on his twig.
