I made this for February Club using the frosting technique featured in the January 2010 Stampin' Success magazine and current SAB items. It also uses Party Hearty stamp set, cup cake punch, 2-1/2 circle, 2-3/8 scallop circle, scallop oval, large oval punches. All colors are from the Ice Cream Parlor packs.
