The dry embossing was done with my CB and Crafts Too: Happy Valentine ef.
The image was coloured with Derwent Coloursoft pencils and OMS, then I lightly chalked the sky with blue chalk and added some pink I-Kan-dee Pearlescent Shimmer chalk here and there (alas, not captured by the camera but very pretty IRL). I stamped the balloon part of the image again onto the back of some Red Glitter cardstock and cut out the balloon and glued it to the image.
Lastly, I tied a bow with my Bow Easy and glued it on with fabric glue.
I am also popping this card into the following Challenges:
Allsorts Challenge Week 89 - Must be love, love, love
Saturday Challenge #120 - Valentine
I have links and deets for these Challenges on my Blog.

What an absolutely adorable valentine. I love any stamps by Penny Black, but this is one of my favorites. The embossing folder highlights it perfectly.
