I needed to create a sympathy card for a very dear friend of the family. My Friend Carla (Cards by Carla) was the inspiration for this card.............you can read about How Carla and I met on my Blog a little later today

Vicki!!! This is stunning. While it is clear a lot of love went into this touching sympathy card, it is not over-done at all. The vintage feel, the musical notes, heart and key all intersect for a lovely design. The sewing takes it over the top. Some day I will pull out my sewing machine and bravely give it a try. Thanks for sharing your talents w us.

What a wonderful vintage-style card! Love the distressing, music, pretty heart, and key.
