Congrats Heather. How fun to learn Peggy selected you as this week's Queen For The Day.
Okay, let me esplain:
Here's where my INSPIRATION came from. Yes, I am fully aware this is nothing like the fun card Heather crafted. How I ever screwed up this badly I'll never know. First, I couldn't find any road paper where I could draw the yellow lines. Then I decided to cut the top of one of my cars because the images are too large. I had to cut the poor leprechan's feet off so he could act as the rish parade's master of ceremonies. In the end, this is what came out of my kitchen cabinets (craft studio) today. None of this makes any sense whatsoever.
Enjoy your very special status amongst all of us stampers. I adore your cards and your comments are the bestest ever, girl.

Anne, this esplanation has me going "Huh?" but I think this card looks more like the inspiration card than most of yours do!!! LOL. ;) This is a darn cute St. Paddy's Day card--perfect for the Ryans, McMullens, etc. Marvelous creation, dahling! And great tribute to the Queen.

Ah, Anne, TOP O' the MORNING TO YE and so good to see you back on track and in time for the Holiday of the year - ST PATRICK'S DAY!! It matters not if your cards either closely or "loosely" resemble the card of your inspiration - or that maybe you ramble on, having kissed the Blarney stone back in the old country - what matters here is that you have made a sweet little leprechaun card that has tickled me funny bone, Lass, and I'm loving it.
Bet Izzy is chuckling too, to see what Annie Jo Ryan has cooked up in her kitchen/craft studio in her honor - ah, just add some corned beef and cabbage, and some green beer, and Heather and her cousin will be coming on by to celebrate and visit the wee man and the Ryan clan at your house!
Heather - Izzy - it matters not what we call you, as long as you know we love your inspiration and such sweet comments that fall from your lips!

Hi Anne. your card is fabulous, even though it didn't travel from head to paper, (a problem I regularly have!!) That image is so cute, beautifully coloured and your details, especially that bow are stunning.
So glad you could join us at the Simon Says Stamp challenge,
hugs
Heather xx
