I was finally able to make my 1st Valentine's Day card of 2011. I had a whole collection of them last year. Unfortunately, any I make will probably never see the mailbox as it is so late. But, it was fun making and will be ready for next year.
This card was based on the black and pink heart ribbon sent to me by Nancy Williams. I have wanted to use it for some time now. Thanks Nancy!
The b/g dsp is SU Patterns Love. The top portion is the script dsp, but may not be able to see in photo, and the bottom is another piece of the dsp. I used Nancy's ribbon in the middle and some SU black netting I've had and never used to drape both upper sides of the panel.
I stamped the hearts, 1st with versamark, then pretty in pink ink pad, then I sprinkled with heat & stick glue, used heat gun to make it sticky, then sprinkled with Iridescent Ice sparkles and used the heat gun on it again to make it adhere. It made the effect of each heart wet embossed and sparkly just in the stamped portions of the stamp. Then I used the SU heart punch, followed by the SU heart embosslit that fit perfectly b/hind the punch for a matting.
Punched a border, used the blossom nestie for the back mat, Circle Nestie for the mat b/hind the hearts which is the script dsp also, popped up hearts and nesties on dimensionals. Added Feb. 14th image with sparkle and added a pink heart to it.
Sorry for rambling. That's about it. Hope to make a few more Valentine's Day cards if I can.

Ooh la la... such a lovely Valentine! The heart ribbon is awesome! Can't you get a few of your many minions to help ease the task of cardmaking? I mean really... you are the QUEEN.

Pam,
Your card is beautiful. I love the pink and black combo and the lace looks awesome! P.S. Broom is right - you need to call the Royal Scribe and have him assist you!

Pamzi's in the gallery! Took a moment away from polishing your crown oh Royal One? Great Valentine's Day card ~ and a suitable amount of punching to qualify for continued Punchkateer status for sure! Great job ~ you should be able to treat yourself to some chocolate after all that "punchercizing"! No marbles eh? Just black lace. Not gonna go there. ;-)

Well, I see the Queen came down from the throne long enough to make a card...what a surprise. LOL :p:p I knew you would get Debzi with this one. Anyway, it is gorgeous and the lace and ribbon are divine. I doubt I'll be sending out Valentine cards this year. I've made a few but not nearly enough to send everyone. I'm still on the sick list and feeling really bad...will winter never go away?

Is your real cowboy getting this card??!! I'm sure he would love it for more reasons than one ;) However, that would mean you won't have time to make any more, but we'll forgive you for not sending us one. Love the double hearts and all the details. I haven't forgotten your Queen status, promise...but I think I have a little time as you'll be busy LOL!
