I have done a fair number of quilted cards. There had once been a gallery associated with a "Technique Lover's" challenge. I will now upload a few of my patterns to this gallery.
I do mine a wee bit differently. I grid out a piece of paper in one inch grids. I draw the straight pattern lines on it. I apply the two sided tape to the paper and lay the paper carefully down on the paper. I start from the center out and then trim edges at the end.
Scraps, scraps, scraps.
My Grandma made me a quilt with this pattern. I think it is called "Snail's Trail". I still have it put away in a chest. She made each block using different colours, but it would be interesting to see a quilt using just the two colours - see how the blocks work together.
