Used Marina Mist for the base: 10.25 x 5.5. Scored and folded at 3" and 6". Final card size is 4.25 x 5.5. Fits in an A2 envelope. The designer papers are from the My Digital Studio Springtime Vintage download and are printed on GP 110lb paper (Canon printer).
Stamped the flowers; 'painted' them by 'smooshing' ink from the Brilliance pad onto a piece of acetate and using a small paintbrush, then cut them out and layered them. They have a wonderful shimmer. The centre of the flower was 'painted' using Champagne Shimmer Paint.
Stitched the punched "dotted ribbon" strip with some metallic floss.
PT: die-cuts, MS branch and Dotted Ribbon... RYPH!!!

Wow - I love blue so this card caught my eye but now that I see it closer ....... it's even better than I thought at first. I love all the attention to detail, the gorgeous DP, the vintage brad. I love the stitching you did on the scalloped strip. What a beautiful card!
