This is my card for today's Color Throwdown challenge using Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Kraft cardstocks. I found the papers in the Cappella collection from Basic Grey to be a good match for this color combo, so I used them in my design.
The main sentiment is a lovely stamp from the Verses Rubber Stamp company, and in the background I stamped an old Hero Arts silhouette stamp. My rolled rose is made with the Die-Namics die from My Favorite Things, and I also used the Little Open Scalloped Strip Die-Namics.
When I initially started to work in this card I was completely barren of ideas. But I ended up loving how this turned out, and love so many of the elements included in it, so I am entering this for the Central Theme challenge for the Fan Club. I love using sentiments as focal images, and love silhouette stamps, too. The rolled flowers are sometimes intimidating to me, but I love how this one turned out, and love just using dies in general!
